Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 4–8 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Other Countries: 15–25 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
