We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BARONATI. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@baronati.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
